Hello people!

I'm just making this so that people can get o know eachother.

I'm Fishy and I live in the UK and have a keen interest in politics, sociology, geography and most other social sciences. I paint models, have been a wargamer most of my life now and enjoy sci-fi RPG games (such as KOTOR, Mass Effect, Fallout etc.).

I like a good story, but I also always feel that the best stories are ones where you feel like you could genuinely live in the universe and believe its real. That's part of the reason why I started this.

When I was younger I was involved with a project like this and created the "Rondis" which were terribly written when I look back at it. Hoping to work with others to create a truly immersive galaxy and give people a chance to have a lot of fun with it!

Hello everyone!
I'm PF and I also live in the UK. I have just graduated with a degree in Physics and am about to start a PhD in the same field. I was into 40k A LOT when i was younger and have been yearning to take up the hobby again.

I (as above) love not only reading but writing a good story. Back in the days of EoA I worked for hours on two major novels that didn't quite go anywhere.
I worked a lot on the Solaans, a race of half-machine-half-plant hybrids that liberated themselves from the human empire. I wrote a lot of half-hearted fiction for them and want to go back to basics and reinvent the whole theme, start from scratch and create something truly fresh!

I'm Alex, and like the two dudes above I also live in the UK, Scotland specifically. It's been ages since the old EOA kinda...sank, but...with any luck, something could be brought back...afterall, it was a good laugh.

As for what I do in real life? Well, I work for Glasgow City Council's IT department. Tech support for the great justice and win. Or something like that.

Annd, for EOA, I was the papa of the Gastrians Empire/Republic, one of the Human Empire's Rivals, alongsite the LPR and a good many other factions. (Liastrian People's Republic, created by a friend). As for who the Gastrians were...well, they were a sort of half-human, part feline type race. They'd subjugated another race who were like their ancestors (less human, more feline. I dare say they were pactically EOA's 'anthro' race), the Meklarians.

I was also one of the creators of one of the settings best known characters, Barry Walker (A trash-talking kinda Han-Solo ripoff, but people loved him anyway), who starred in a few different stories and RP's.

So yeah. Enough of my ramblings and onto someone else! xD
